John Christopher PhD
John has over twenty-five years of professional, consulting, and academic experience focused on improving the human experience in the workplace. He has worked with organizational leaders on projects to organizational culture and climate, employee listening, employee retention, and performance management. He has supported leaders in human resources, marketing, medical, construction, and operations role working in a wide range of industries.
John provides leadership coaching and life coaching to a wide range of managers, professionals, and business owners. He utilizes best practices in coaching to help clients identify key priorities, set attainable goals, develop action plans, fulfill performance objectives, and achieve work-life balance. John takes a partnership approach to helping clients discover, develop, and adapt their leadership style.
John’s prior experience includes work at Detroit Edison, Bellsouth Telecommunications, University of Florida, Brenau University, and Wesleyan College. He earned a Ph.D. from Wayne State University in Industrial Organizational Psychology and holds a coaching certificate from the Center for Creative Leadership.
